Контекст:
The terms and conditions of Through Transport Club Model Conditions Series 400 ("TI Club Conditions") or such other standard terms and conditions to substitute the TI Conditions as may be advised by the Company from time to time, shall be incorporated by reference into and form part of this Agreement. In case of any conflict, the terms appear in this Agreement shall prevail.
