Не могу понять, как правильно перевести термин "Syncroshuttle lever".

Контекст:

To start the engine:
Set the synchroshuttle lever, gear shift lever, speed range selector lever and PTO work mode selector lever in their neutral positions.

Вряд ли там две коробки передач, одна синхронизированная, другая – нет. Я бы понял так, что этот рычаг изменяет направление движения не затрагивая выбор передачи:
