If, prior to the Expiration Date of this Surety Agreement, any circumstances occur in the Russian
Federation which would aggravate the utilization of the Surety’s rights or the fulfillment of its
obligations under this Surety Agreement or which would render the utilization of such rights or the
fulfillment of such obligations impossible for the Surety, then the Surety shall forthwith inform the
Lender thereof and the Surety will take all actions necessary to ensure the due fulfillment of this
Surety Agreement.
