| foxtrot, меня заказчик исправил на "beyond of", видимо, "of" осталось случайно от предыдущего варианта. По-моему, ваш вариант с "beyond the scope of" лучше |

The social settings, norms and attitudes are of some more common cultural nature then the Education Programme itself, and the social code and settings can not be changed within one private education programme.
