Subject: tax analyses law Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement, each of the parties to this agreement may disclose to any and all persons, without any limitation of any kind, the tax treatment and tax structure of the transactions described in this agreement and all materials of any kind (including opinions and other tax analyses) that are provided to such party relating to such tax treatment and tax structure.
