Subject: rights of light Здрасьте,Rights of light - не могу понять что означает это сочетание в следующем предложении:
The Client will appoint separately all other consultants necessary
for the Project ("the Partners") including inter alia (and as
appropriate), cost consultant, structural and MEP engineers,
landscape architects, façade and façade access engineers,
acoustic consultants, rights of light and other specialist building
surveyors.
Вроде перечисляются специалисты, необходимые для выполнения работ и при чем тут rights of light? или это что-то чего я не могу найти и не допираю...
И еще одно слово, пожалуйста: В этом соглашении на строительство объекта используется английское Consultations. мне кажется что оно означает услуги, но есть и отдельно термин в этом же соглашении "Услуги"... Так вот, можно ли в оставить его как Консультации или все же заменить его на что-либо другое. контекст: The Client shall hold each such consultant/sub-consultant/contractor/sub-contractor however appointed and not the Architect responsible for the proper performance of their consultations
and/or the work entrusted to such other party(s) and shall use
commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that in each contract
with such other party, that other party is required to cooperate fully
with the Architect to enable the Architect to perform its
Consultations.
