как вы думаете можно как- booking здесь перевести или это именно к билетам??

imho - orders acceptance (reception). Question to KG: I feel "submission" is concerning the Client, while in this case it looks as if we are talking about the Supplier. Do you agree?

may be you are right. I am a bit stuck trying to find any other nouns to replace submission here. May be receipt of orders, or orders receiving, but they all sound pretty clumsy.

There are quite a few verbs that describe a process of taking an order though:
take an order
receive an order
get an order
accept an order

So maybe the key here is to reword the whole sentence using a verb.
