no ideas, huh? |
Your translation is correct, what's the question? Obligations to deliver securities and transfer funds for transactions concluded. |
I think in yor case 'обязательства' means 'obligations' and not anything else. (I'd like to see more context, though, in order to be 100% sure). I'd also change the preposition (you are a native speaker and might know better) into 'Monetary Funds in Trust Management (same with securities in trust management) c: Securities and funds receivable(i think this is what they mean) under concluded transactions. O Securities and funds to be paid out under concluded transactions; Операционные расходы = operational expenses (costs) This is IMHO only, as i do not know all the necessary context. |

alex k. are you sure it is Obligations to deliver securities and transfer funds for transactions concluded. and not Debts for securities delivery and transfer or funds for concluded transactions??? |
I don't understand your doubts. It means that the company is obliged to deliver securities under concluded transactions and pay money under other concluded transactions. This is part of its debt, therefore it is subtracted while calculating net assets - imho. |
2 gogolesque Am I being ignored? Please let me know what you think of my version, I don't think it's trash. |

Miff. no one is being ignored. i dont do that kind of thing. i am still just having serious doubts today, but its probably because i am tired, stressed out and have to get this contract done YESTUR-YEAR. i think i am going to stick with obligations though - the bankers seemed to like it:) |
OK, good luck with getting the thing done, then. |

miff. thanks. its actually being checked by the POWERS now... i hope there wont be any questions... i am too tired (phsycially) and too tired of this contract to explain anything to them :( |
To Miff - your version is fine, it is another rewording of the same thing. Whichever wording you prefer. To Gogolesque: is it the wording that worries you? The meaning is clear. The appropriate wording is a finer issue, but I am sure you can word it so that it is clear. If you think your issue is still unresolved, please write to my e-mail. |
2 gogolesque Yeah, I know what you mean. I still have a huge load of stuff to do, but my head just refuses. Took a little time to distract from a stupid interface due, like you said, 'yestur-year' :) Gees, why must things always be done in such overdrive? :'( Oh, well... As my girlfriens says, в дороге кормить никто не обещал :)))) |
