имхо: упражнения для приводящих мышц на растяжение с помощью тренажера(что-то типа перекрещивания как ножницы, когда одна нога с закрепленным тросом перекрещивается с другой)
Cable Adductions - this exercise involves all the adductors. It is an excellent movement for building the inner thighs. Start by fastening the cuff of the cable machine to your ankle and grasp a fixed part of the machine with your opposite hand for support. Bring your leg attached to the cable toward and then across the other leg. Return to starting position.
