Здравствуйте. Прошу помочь перевести фразу "правила заполнения", например, правила заполнения карты больного. Словарь предлагает "fill-in instructions", но не могу найти примеров употребления в контексте заполнения карточек больных, истории болезни и т.д. Спасибо вам.
Может, это "record keeping guidelines"? Но, мне кажется, это понятие шире.

Completion, Timeliness and Authentication of Medical Records
A. All inpatient Medical Records must be completed within 14 days from the date of
discharge (California Code of Regulations, Title 22, section 70751). Additional
requirements may also be included in the applicable UC__ hospital Medical Staff
By-Laws and/or Rules and Regulations.
B. All operative and procedure reports must be completed immediately after surgery.
C. All Medical Record entries are to be dated, the time entered, and signed.

support the diagnosis and justify the treatment, and to document the results accurately
and in a timely manner. All entries shall be authenticated (dated, times and signed) by
the author.
