Судя по тому, что в этом разделе Вашего патента говорится "in planter embodiments in which the row unit 200 is tipped about a horizontal axis for transport, the seed meter 300' may transition to the angled orientation of FIG. 15 when the row unit is in the transport position", нельзя предположить ничего другого, как "заслонка для семян с возможностью перевода в транспортное положение" или "работа заслонки для семян в транспортном положении".
