Amor 71, все правильно. В Вашем тексте под ratings подразумеваются оценки, которые покупатели дают товару. Например, у амазоновского товара может быть общий rating 4.4 - кто-то поставил товару 5 звезд, а кто-то 4. А вот уровень продаж товара как раз на Амазоне-то и называется ranking.
