Добрый вечер, уважаемые форумчане!
Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести некоторые моменты из вышеуказанного документа:
1) interim applications http://uk.practicallaw.com/8-205-5416. Смысл понятен, но не могу подобрать подходящую формулировку на русском.
2) cashflow implications. Контекст следующий: В случае ненадлежащего поведения одной из сторон, суд может обязать эту сторону оплачивать судебные издержки (adverse costs order). Эти издержки выплачиваются обычно в течение 14 дней. И дальше предложение: This has very real cashflow implications for the running of any action.
3) Правилами предусмотрено максимально возможное участие клиента на начальной стадии дела. The overall effect is to front load many of the costs of litigation (to front load - покрыть многие судебные издержки в начале процесса???).

ходатайство можно отклонить (как просьбу), но не соблюсти
Вы же не говорите "соблюсти просьбу"))

возможно, речь об отказе в удовлетворении ход-ва
