Всем доброго времени суток. Может кто сможет помочь перевести "credit fancier activities" - у меня даже вариантов нет. Взято отсюда(направления деятельности компании):
To borrow money, overdraw from banks, juristic person or other financial institutions and to lend money or to give credit by other means, whether with or without securities, including to receive, issue, transfer and endorse Bills or other Negotiable Instruments except for banking, finance and credit fancier activities

Здайодзе мне, шо тут замучена несуществующая очепятка. Должно быть "crédit foncier" (ипотечный банк; "credit foncier activities" -- ипотечное кредитование), но спеллчекер сказал свое веское слово.

Во Франции есть банк Crédit Foncier de France. Исторически, во Франции "crédit foncier" означало конкретный подвид ипотечного кредита -- кредит под залог земли, сумма которого не превышает половины ее оценочной стоимости.

A company or corporation formed for the purpose of carrying out improvements, by means of loans and advances on real estate security.
