Смотрела, не могу перевести в контексте "he shall at no point of time create a lien, nor have a charge on them without express permission of the issuer (hereinafter referred to as Provider), nor stake a claim to the bank instrument nor negotiate the bank instrument, and that the bank instrument shall be returned to the Issuing Bank/Provider totally unencumbered at least fifteen (15) days". Помогите перевести.
