Налоговый же текст у Вас - про ПП можете поиск сделать по форуму - объяснялось месяца три назад очень родробно

I would drop the "THE" article from Tracy's suggestion. If we are talking about a finite list of those entities, which list is known to everyone, then the article is OK, otherwise, I would skip it....
