И еще один интересный момент, в работе было 2 генератора, а два других были в ожидании, ответить на вопрос почему два других не запустились после продувки и почему у них так же произошел сбой в программе я не могу. я думаю нам необходима консультация хорошего специалиста разбирающегося во внутренностях программы этих генераторов.

"ins and outs of the software" -- это не "внутренности" программы, это, скорее, ея конечности, а то и вовсе не ея органы.
С внутренностями, trtrtr, familiar те individuals, которые писали код ;)

operational - значит, что они в рабочем состоянии, а не то, что они в данный момент работают.
