потому что "Actual Early Deliverable Date of Acceptance" введено где-то как определение (дефиниция) и потому считается атомарным и должно ровно в этом виде путешествовать по всему тексту

Спасибо за идею, я просто перевожу фрагмент документа и не догадалась в терминах и определениях посмотреть

(a) Early Deliverable means each individual item of the Works identified in [insert ref to appropriate appendix] (Early Deliverables)

В общем, я так поняла, что это еще четко не прописано, и все, что пришло в голову - Фактическая дата (раннего результата работ) приемки каждого из ранних результатов

фактическая сдача работ раньше плана -- дата приемки любой работы, завершенной с опережением.

как раз таки все прописано четко!

читать надо как-то так:
(d) Actual_Early_Deliverable_Date_of_Acceptance - это характеристика, присущая каждой отдельной Early_Deliverable, и обозначающая дату, которой датируется соответствующий Certificate_of_Early_Deliverable_Acceptance.

при этом достаточно вторично, как переведены/названы следующие термины:
• Actual_Early_Deliverable_Date_of_Acceptance
• Early_Deliverable
• Certificate_of_Early_Deliverable_Acceptance.

главное, чтобы по каждой из версий документа - английской и русской - эти их названия ходили в одном и том же виде, буквально (ну кроме падежей, и, возможно, множественного числа)

(кстати в случае Early_Deliverables и Early_Deliverable первое похоже НЕ есть множественное число второго, а являет собой отдельный термин)
