Господа, прошу помощи! Битый час сижу, не могу въехать в смысл первой части вот этого предложения:

The Members shall pay in advance of the need for the same to the credit of the Partnership Bank Accounts, in proportion to their respective capital shares in the General Partnership, such sums as working capital as the Members’ Meeting shall from time to time determine to be necessary for the performance of the Contract, and/or to meet any other commitments of the General Partnership.

Сбила столку фраза pay in advance of the need for the same to the credit. Помогите с объяснением, пожалуйста!

the same = у вас в предыдущем предложении должно быть упоминалось что-то, о чем речь

ну я что-то не нашла в предыдущих предложениях о чём речь. вот два два предыдущих предложения:

The Project Manager may after approval of the Members’ Meeting, and shall upon instruction from the Members’ Meeting, remove a Site Manager from the office and shall in such case appoint, after approval of the Members’ Meeting, another Site Manager in place of the one removed.
