Subject: доверенность,составленная в Aмерике gen. Добрый деньЯ перевожу доверенность, составленную в Америке. Перевожу на русский. Все перевела, кроме одного абзаца.Ну никак не получается.Не знаю,как подступиться. Если кто-то сталкивался с подобными текстами, помогите, пожалуйста The company hereby appoints Mr.Black to individually sign and perform every act and thing that may be necessary to carry out the foregoing powers as fully as the Company might itself and do such actions, if lawfully taken are hereby ratified and confirmed, the Company shall further indemnify the Attorney and keep the Attorney idemnified against and shall reimburse the Attorney for any costs,losses, suits, claims, demands, obligations, liabilities and damages which he may suffer or incur arising out of the excercise of his powers pursuant to this instrument.
