Помогите, пожалуйста, с предложением:

Из дистрибьютерского соглашения (пункт Entire Agreement):

No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement, whether or not similar, nor shall such waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.
Both the Company and Distributor hereby specifically agree to preclude any claims of reliance on the conduct of the other party as having any validity or standing in relation to a legal claim.

С waiver-ом вроде разобралась. А вот последнее предложение:
Компания и Дистр-р выражают свое согласие пресекать какие-либо претензии относительно доверия - совсем не понимаю, что к чему.
