Виноградно-винодельческое хозяйство прошло исторический путь длиной более чем в 140 лет и воспитало настоящих мастеров виноградарства и виноделия.

у меня вышло что-то вроде Vinicultural winery has worked its historical way of more than 140 years long and has brought up the real masters of viniculture and winemaking. :-/

Конечно, ваше дело, но, мне кажется, это делать вовсе не обязательно. Тем более, если для вас английский язык не родной. Можете такого наворотить.... Лучше проще, да лучше.

1) Тамерлан, вообще таких людей часто именуют master winemakers.
Которые там, at that winery, has studied/learned the finess\subtleties\ ins and outs of the delicate process/ art of wine-making.
2) Слабый вариант у вашего англичанина. Т.е. сам бы он в таком "ESL-духе" рекламный буклетик наверняка бы не писал.
3) Можно обыграть grow vines (viticulture) while growing / educating master craftsmen. Конечно, не так буквально, а осторожно. :))
Напр., мой вариант (честно, занявший 20-30 сек) "the winery has trained/prepared" или англичанина "the winery has produced" (выбор глагола у него лучше) - они оба slightly off the key, хотя и возможны. Но прямота здесь не очень смотрится... Оскар это почувствовал.
Мне не очень нравится его word choice - 'training ground', но этот подход (в данном случае) правильнее.
4) Вообще есть такой метод - все предыдущее забыть / порвать (сам так делал), и по новой изобразить/напрячься. Это в плане striving for perfection. Это уже, конечно, не для аскера, а для искусства.

Мое имхо -Если хотите придать пафосного колорита - используйте чаще biggest, famous, great, legendary, notable, glorious, reputable..etc...
