| Есть понятие "рынок вторичного жилья". Думаю, вариант Kate-I подошел бы. А если имеется в виду и гаражи и б/у офисы, то, м.б., более общий вариант secondary real estate. |

заметьте только, что у аскера не говорится именно о "жилых объектах недвижимости". "Недвижимость" - по определению включает в себя как офисную, так и жилую. Зачем же в переводе сужать оригинал? |

v, that's all? what's pathetic is the sight of u being reduced to sniping about typos. i haven't seen anything original coming from u in a long while, other than vacuous snickers. u r a spent force, my man. better accept it now, and spare urself some major heartache later. i would give u a lesson in the art of witty repartee, but that would be lost on a close minded buffoon like urself. ur "spirited" replies (misplaced allusions to bex, of all people), contrary to any fatuous intentions u surely harbor, evoke no anger in me, just an itch to lampoon the hell out of them. u r too small for the shoes u desperately try to fill. give it up. |

| how truly original. the age thing again. do i detect a whiff of jealousy? all u can look forward to is using adult diapers, wearing dentures, and inability to get up without making a cacophony of crunchy noises, if u r not already. with the full spectrum of these gloomy prospects dangling in ur mind every morning when u wake up, no wonder u r so cantankerous. so i guess i should be more sympathetic towards ur senile outburst. after all, old age has its privileges. |

| well, ts, dousing fire with gasoline is not the best way to get it put out. was it not u recently who made on this very same board noises that people (and i paraphrase) who live in vitreous edifices should not hurl petrous projectiles? (i hope u will not hold any inadvertent liberties i took with ur maxim against me:-))). so, my man, it's not like u haven't had run-ins with posters here, the most memorable happening but two months ago. i would have thought it a little presumptuous of the self-styled honorary chairmen to dispense unsolicited advice, especially if they r guilty of the exact same sin they r so quick to spot in others:-) i hope u will accept this post in the spirit in which it was intended. |

| i m calm. annaa. only rarely do i lose it. it's just when people post to me, i reply (or retort, depending on the circumstances). if u don't like this thread, the best way to see it slide down into oblivion is to not post in it. simple, but effective :-) |
