Вот что-то ни разу не попадался такой документ... Вариантов много, как обычно называют такую бумагу?

Была проведена экспертиза доставленного товара, выявлены такие-то нарушения (нарушена целостность упаковки и т.п.). Экспертиза независимая (не собственная приемка).

Examination, survey report?

И эксперт заодно - expert, examiner, surveyor?

если всего лишь проверялась целостность упаковки и т.п., ну какая это экспертиза, какие такие эксперты? Однозначно examination (examination for integrity, например)

Syrira, ну он же по-русски написал - "экcпертиза", а не _только_ осмотр на наличие внешних повреджений\вскрытия упаковки.

потому "expert report\opinion" rules. А какие эксперты - никого не волнует.
Хоть бы и вчерашний "техн. инженер" :))

Всем большое спасибо за высказанные мнения! Думаю, все варианты имеют право на жизнь, всяко недопонимания не должно возникнуть.

PS. экспертиза проводится одной ТПП, но проводят только visual inspection.
