Within Seven (7) business days of receipt of the Transfer Notice or the Referee’s certificate (where required) by the Company, the Company shall give notice in writing to the other Shareholders specifying the number of Sale Shares and the Prescribed Price therefore and offering the Sale Shares for to the other Shareholders (in proportion with their shareholding unless otherwise agreed) at the Prescribed Price. Such notice shall be accompanied by a copy of the Transfer Notice and, if applicable, the Referee’s certificate and shall require each other Shareholder to state in writing within Seven (7) days of the date of the notice:

(a) that it is willing to purchase a stated amount of the Sale Shares at the Prescribed Price; or

Ой, он большой и я его еще не перевела, хотя бы приблизительно..Вот:

возможно, имеется в виду "не для всех акций..." ИМХО

Когда переведете 10 пункт, посмотрите, как по контексту ложится. Если никак, то, возможно, это "сообща или совместно" (но как-то оно тут коряво и не к месту).

Я думаю, тут речь идёт о преимущественном праве акционеров купить или отказаться от покупки акций до того, как они будут куплены третьими лицами. Продавец обязан уведомить остальных акционеров о том, что, скажем, 50 своих акций он намерен продать, и в этом уведомлении просит остальных акционеров сообщить, хотят они прикупить акции по указанной цене и в количестве, пропорциональном числу акций, которым они уже владеют (это будет уведомление в соответствии с п. 10(а)), или не хотят и соглашаются с тем, чтобы акции были проданы третьим лицам (это будет уведомление в соответствии с 10(b)), и дальше, как мне кажется, речь идёт о том случае, когда акционеры выразили желание прикупить лишь 15 из 50 продаваемых акций, и вот для этого случая они и предусматривают, что «если в течение указанного семидневного периода уведомления не будут получены, или будут поданы уведомления в соответствии со Статьей 10(а), но не в отношении всего количества Продаваемых Акций, то по истечении указанного семидневного периода все остальные акционеры считаются подавшими уведомления в соответствии со Статьей 10(b).

Для сведения: within the said period of Seven (7) days - опускать не надо: в течение вышеуказанного периода продолжительностью 7 (семь) дней...

или, если хотите отойти от формы оригинала, как предложила Юля
