The Manager may, in addition to the Parallel Funds, establish, in accordance with the provisions below, one or more additional collective investment vehicles or other arrangements for certain types of investors (each such vehicle or arrangement, a Feeder Entity) formed to invest as an investor in one or more Parallel Funds. The Interest of a Feeder Entity in the Partnership may be treated as Interests held by more than one Feeder Investor for the purposes of determining the appropriate treatment of such Feeder Entity in connection with this Agreement, in light of the multiple Feeder Investors in such Feeder Entity.

Да как хотите, так и переводите... В английской финансовой лексике термин стандартный, устоявшегося перевода на русский язык, насколько мне известно, нет... Калька ("фидер"), кстати, в технической лексике используется уже давно (если мне не изменяет мой склероз, я это слово в значении "высоковольтный кабель питания" видел не то в "Тайне двух океанов", не то еще в какой-то довоенной научно-фантастической книжке)...
