NatKo: а как же 5-й уровень эквивалентности при переводе юридических текстов? Чтобы было по-русски, такие тексты нужно составлять на русском, а не переводить... К тому же, тут в оригинале смысловая ошибка - если to form on your behalf, то the beneficial owner(s) - you и есть...
