6.5. Все приложения, изменения и дополнения к данному Договору, составленные в письменной форме и подписанные надлежащими представителями обеих Сторон, становятся его неотъемлемой частью. Заказчик обязуется проинформировать Исполнителя о необходимости изменения состава Объектов, указанных в п. 1.2. настоящего Договора, (в сторону уменьшения или увеличения) не позднее, чем за 30 дней до предполагаемой даты изменения. Немедленное уменьшение состава Объектов, указанных в п. 1.2. настоящего Договора, допускается лишь при условии предварительной уплаты Заказчиком компенсации в размере месячной оплаты работы Исполнителя, дополнительно к сумме оплаты работы за текущий месяц.

5.1.1. При нарушении сроков оплаты, предусмотренных п. 4.3. настоящего Договора, Заказчик выплачивает Исполнителю неустойку в размере 0,1% от неуплаченной в срок суммы за каждый день просрочки. Обязанность по уплате штрафных санкций, наступает у Заказчика, только после получения письменного требования об оплате от Исполнителя.

6.5. All the written Appendixes, Alterations, Attachments to the present Agreement signed by the proper Agents of the Parties become an integral part of the Agreement. The Customer is obliged to inform the Executor about the facilities number alterations (increasing or dimension) listed in 1.2 hereof at least 30 days prior to the supposed alteration date.
A reduction at short notice in the number of facilities listed in 1.2 hereof shall be permitted on the basis of appropriate reimbursement to the amount normally payable to the Contractor on a monthly basis in addition to the normal monthly payment.

5.1.1. Under the credit period breach detailed in 4.3 hereof the Customer is obliged to pay a penalty in an amount of 0.1% to the money due for an expiration day. The Customer shall be held liable for penalties only upon receipt of written request for payment from the Contractor

Вариант к 6.5:
All Appendices (Annexes) and Amendments to the Agreement, drawn in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of both Parties hereto, shall become an integral part of it. The Customer/Client shall be obliged to advise the Contractor on necessity for changes in the list of Objects specified in Paragraph 1.2 of the Agreement (either decreasing or increasing) no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled date ov changes. Immediate reduction in the list of Objects as set out in Paragraph 1.2. of the Agreement shall be only allowed with the provision of advanced payment of compensation made by the Client in the amount of monthly Contractor's fee, in addition to reimbursement for the current month.

In the event of failure to comply with payments schedule as provided for in Paragraph 4.3. of the Agreement, the Client shall pay a penalty in amount of 0,1% of the outstanding sum for each day of delay. The Client shall become liable to pay any penalty only upon receipt of a written claim from the Contractor.
