После наших переговоров с …. ( с кем мы там говорили во вторник ) мы тщательно изучили ситуацию и оценили свои возможности , связанные с покупкой у Вас листа следующих размеров ( перечисляете все )

Мы готовы купить лист размеров … ( 30*100 для Фрязино и 50*100 для Фрязино) по цене … ( цена , рассчитанная исходя из сегодняшнего значения ЛМЕ) по 100% предоплате аккредитивом.

Что делать с листом размеров ( Одесский лист) - мы еще не придумали т к этот лист предназначался для предприятия в Украине, где сейчас ситуация полного экономического хаоса.

В настоящее время мы ведем аналогичные переговоры со всеми нашими поставщиками металла. Все они с пониманием относятся к создавшейся ситуации и готовы работать по предложенной нами Вам схеме – покупка по сегодняшней цены без отсрочки.

Заранее свсем спасибо, работы завались просто не успеваю, а это письмо надо отправить срочно. Если у кого будут вопросы обращайтесь ко мне лично всегда помогу.Есть большой опыт в закупках.

After talking to.... (whoever it was we talked to last Tuesday) we analyzed the situation and thought about oue resources regarding the purchase of sheets from you with the following dimentions (list all).

We are prepared to buy sheets measuring (30*100 for Friazino, and 50*100 for Friazino) for..... (the price calculated on the basis of today's LME) paying the whole amount in advance by way of credit letter.

We are still thinking of what to do with (Odessa sheets) .... sheets, for it was meant for Ukraine where the economic environment at the moment is in total disarray.

We are currently engaged in similar discussions with all our metal suppliers. All of them are understanding of the current situation and all are prepared to accept the scheme we proposed to you, i.e. purchase at today's price with no respite.

Thank you all in advance. I have tons of work and no time, and this letter needs to go out asap. If you have any questions - let me know, I will always help. I am very experienced in procurement.

I this case the difference is as follows. Going to a bureau you can always be sure that they will not translate for free, whereas on the forum you might get a freebie sometimes... esp. on Friday..))
