Может, кто-нибудь подскажет как поточнее перевести "Vestigingsregeling voor Bedrijven" (Это что-то типа Положения об учреждении предприятий в Нидерландах)

Слово встречается в следующем контексте:
One of the licenses which may be required when starting a business in Aruba, is a business license according to the "Vestigingsregeling voor Bedrijven". This license is not applicable to Arubans who are in this context, persons born in Aruba of Dutch nationality, and who have reached the age of 21 years.
