Theatrical means the exploitation of the Film only for direct exhibition in conventional or drive-in theatres, licensed as such in the place where the exhibition occurs, that are open to the general public on a regularly scheduled basis and that charge an admission fee to view the Motion Film.

Public Video means the exploitation of a Motion Film Copy embodied in a Videogram only for direct exhibition before an audience in a "mini-Theatre", an "MTV Theatre" or like establishment that charges an admission to use the viewing facility or to view the Videogram and that is not licensed as a traditional motion picture theatre in the place where the viewing occurs.
