Пожалуйста, помогите перевести: Statement of Terms & Conditions of Employment - название документа. Сначала я хотела переводить его как Трудовой договор, но потом встретилось вот это:

A local Labour contract may be laid down

The job position being based in Moscow, Russia, and a local contract being concluded between ХХХ and yourself, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Russian law. This employment contract and any local contract in accordance herewith shall be subject to the competence of the Russian Jurisdiction.

То есть теперь требуется развести Statement of Terms & Conditions of Employment (= employment contract) и labour contract, который local.
