Subject: Operative Document операционного документа???The Lessee will on demand pay each of the Borrower, the Senior Agent, the Senior Lenders and the Security Trustee the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably and properly incurred by any of them in connection with the negotiation, preparation, printing and execution of this Deed, the SPA and/or any Operative Document (as such term is defined in the SPA). |
