extraction duct и кусочек предложения

Пожалуйста, помогите перевести в данном контексте "extraction duct" (вытяжная труба?) и кусочек предложения, начиная с "and leaks from cans going out of the enclosure will have good ventilation given that air is being pulled over them through the duct around the conveyors"

The desing of the ventilation is such that there is the possibility of dead spots on the side of the secondary enclosure. The conveyors carrying cans in and out of the gas house allow air from outside into the gas house and represent the only opening for air ingress. This mean that half of the secondary enclosure on the side remote from the extraction duct may not have air moving through it. However, I do not see this as a serious problem as the gas pipework is all in the section of the secondary enclosure which will be well ventilated, and leaks from cans going out of the enclosure will have good ventilation given that air is being pulled over them through the duct around the conveyors.

имхо: вытяжной газоход
М.б. речь о том, что протеки из банок на выходе из камеры(?) будут удаляться за счет хорошей вентиляции, которую обеспечит поток воздуха, подаваемый над ними (банками) через газоход вокруг конвейера.

газоход - нормальный термин, т.е. труба, по которой идет воздух, газ грязный или уже очищенный и т.д., кроме жидкости
воздухоотводящая труба, вытяжной воздуховод
