Subject: or otherwise approved by the Supervisory Board From the date of the delivery of a notice to sell under Article through to the date of registration of transfer of the interest in the Authorised Capital which shall not exceed the period of ninety (90) days, the Participant shall not do, nor cause, nor permit to be done anything except that which is in the ordinary course of business of the Partnership or otherwise approved by the Supervisory Board or the General Director.
