.לוֹגִ	Authority responsible for: 1. organization, training (FRA); 2. the definition and expression of requirements to be met in those areas participating in the preparation and up keeping of the forces (FRA); 3. personnel management and administration, as well as the implementation of regulations regarding living standards. It participates in the preparation of the employment doctrine of the forces placed under its command. This command is, generally speaking, not joint. Some organic commands are meant to provide the hardcore and collection structure of an operational CP, and to assume the operational command of a group of forces corresponding to their level. (FRA)
