Living conditions enhancement in operations encompasses all the actions which help enhance the comfort, on an individual and collective point of view, the preservation of moral, and the cohesion of the troops taking part in an operation. It is of the responsibility, for its implementation, of the manpower support function, of which it extends the action, every time it is necessary, after the essential needs have been fulfilled. The necessary means and resources come from the Ministry of Defense, the Army, the Army Institute, or state-controlled or private, national or international organizations. (FRA) |
