These actions coordinate the employment of the personnel and equipment in order to: 1. know or evaluate the needs; 2. search for and package all the resources, equipments, and miscellaneous services essential for the everyday life and combat actions of the forces in the field, in order to ship and deliver them in the best conditions of transportation, security and efficiency, and keep them at the requested level according to the urgencies and the operational priorities set by the commander.
