milit., logist.	Operation whose goal is to coerce through the use of force an enemy clearly designated. The political goal set by the country, coalition, or international community can only be reached by a military victory. This kind of operation can be prosecuted as self defense United Nations Charter article 51 or to impose the will of the international community in accordance with chapter VII of the United Nations Charter.
