in small quantities(Our only focus needs to be on pulling folks out of addiction, not prolonging their inevitable deaths from drug addiction. I have lived long and seen much. I have traveled the world. We are not Europe and applying fixes from other parts of the world does not work here in Canada. We have experienced first hand what happens when you legalize hard drugs even in small quantities. It was a disaster and I believe Vancouver will never recover from the damage done by that social experiment.
