This role is reporting into the Finance Director and you will lead and develop a team of 15 including divisional financial controllers, to ensure delivery of timely and accurate management and statutory reporting. Key responsibilities of the Chief Accountant role will include: – Accountable for the production of all financial results together with the financial controllers, ensure the accuracy of the monthly balance sheet accounts. – Management of the year end accounts production timetable in accordance with randstad requirements, ensuring deadlines are met. Overseeing the production of the statutory accounts. – Ensure accurate and relevant information is provided to the Commercial Finance team, and others, to support bids / tenders calculations.
