Mil., Logist.	"Actions in support of the forces" means civil-military type of actions aimed at facilitating the achievement of operational missions prior to, during or after the commitment. They deal with the following: 1. relations with the civilian authorities and the administration in place; 2. knowledge and use of existing local ressources; 3. legal advice within the framework of the forces; 4. local operational communication; 5. coordination of the measures relating to the PoWs.
