Day тоже пишут, это уж как вам нравится. Имхо, лучше NOT later than. |

Neither "succeesing", "succesding" nor even "succeeding" day actually exists in the English language. Following day, of course, is the way to translate it. |

Sorry for spelling mistake (happens :) Now from English source: If any amount becomes due for payment... which is not a Business Day, such shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day unless such falls in another calendar month in which event payment shall be made on the immediately preceding Business Day.... Sorry again! |
